Yes. The apps are offline-first, so full capture works with no signal — underground, on the road or during an outage — and nothing depends on being online at the moment of capture.
What happens to data captured offline?
It’s stored safely on the device and queued. As soon as a connection returns, queued records sync to the data spine automatically, timestamped as they were captured.
