For branch, store & site managers
Less admin. Fewer surprises. Meetings that run themselves.
You did not take the job to fill in forms and rewrite the same report three times. MiMs lets you capture inspections, incidents and issues on your phone in the moment — even with no signal — and it does the write-up for you. Your actions are clear, your figures are always current, and when the regional review comes around the numbers are already there. Spend your day running the branch, not reporting on it.
Why it matters to you
Your time back, and nothing falling through the cracks
MiMs takes the paperwork off your plate and makes sure the things that matter get done and get seen.
Capture in the moment
Log an inspection, incident or issue on your phone as you walk the floor — photos and all — and let MiMs handle the write-up.
Works with no signal
Offline-first capture saves everything on the device and syncs the moment you are back online. The stockroom is no excuse.
No surprises in review
Your actions and figures are always up to date, so the regional meeting is a five-minute confirmation, not an all-nighter.
How MiMs helps
A day at the branch, not a day of admin
Walk and capture. Run your inspection on mobile — tick the checklist, snap a photo, note the issue, done on the spot.
Offline is fine. No signal in the yard or coldroom? It saves locally and syncs itself later — nothing lost.
Log incidents fast. An incident is a few taps, structured properly the first time, so you never rewrite it.
See your actions. One clear list of what is yours and when it is due — no digging through emails.
Turn up ready. The regional review already has your numbers. You confirm and move on.
“I used to lose an evening a week to reports. Now I capture as I walk the store and it is done. The regional meeting stopped being something I dread because my numbers are already in front of everyone.”
